Yet again no milkshakes or soft drinks & Potters bar branch seems to be the worst culprit for this!

Ordered via the McDonald’s app. Delivery arrived with a significant part of the food missing (9 chicken selects). This was 2 days ago. Impossible to get hold Of anyone to at very least get a refund for the food I paid for and did not receive. Let alone an apology for a ruined dinner.

Went for takeaway. Very poor food, chips only warm, apple pie warm, chicken dry, and chilli dip missing won't be going back and definitely won't be recommending Mac.D. to anyone. Complete waste of money.
