As we needed a King size headboard, he showed us several various styles and fabrics, and explained that it would be possible to choose a preferred colour from the range available. Once we had decided on a style and colour, Oliver explained that there is a guarantee scheme available, which would provide 8 years cover. He also asked about disposal of the old headboard, and asked whether we would like the headboard to be fitted for us. We took up the various options after being given an opportunity to consider them in our own time. We were very impressed with the service provided and would like to thank Oliver for his help.”
