Do not use - rude and insulting - my dry cleaning was delayed, these things happen, but when I suggested a call to have let me know so I didn?t waste my time trying to collect it I was told ?its not exactly the end of the world? when I asked if they knew why my duvet had taken longer to dry the reply was ?I don?t know, I?m not a duvet specialist am I?!? Unnecessarily rude, abrupt and unhelpful. This was from the manager. When I did collect it 4 days late they said there was no charge. I said I?d rather pay, as want nothing from this business if thats how they treat their customers. I?ll be happily going elsewhere!
