They took me 5 hours to DONT treat me for an ear infection at Princess Grace Hospital. All communication during that time was not very transparent about steps and process. When a nurse and a general doctor treat me at the hospital, they say they need me to see an ear specialist. And for that they had to authorize Asisa, my insurer in Madrid, to the affiliate in London, which is this company of terrible treatment and service. They had to authorize 500 pounds in the exchanges between Madrid and London and they told me that as soon as they had the papers done correctly, the specialist would see me. And what if it hurt so much that I paid the 500 pounds to the hospital and then they eventually reimburse me, I repeat if it hurt so much. After 2 hours of going back and forth with the authorization, they tell me now he's going to have to wait because the doctor has already left and we have to make an appointment and we don't know when he's going to have it because the secretary of Dr. Douglas still hasn't answered us. Crying and with a lot of pain I lived the Hospital in order to try to find an A&E or another service to solve my health problem. Because I wrote them very annoyed the sad that they will not accept my abuse and they block me and reject to attend my health problem. So they only want that I wait in pain for ours to force me to pay 500 pounds instead to accept my insurance authorization and to provide my a specialist immediately after al this delay, and the increasing of pain. The play with me and stressed me in an abusive way and a superior abuse. No empathy cero ! Unprofessional from first time. I should sue them
