Physicians assistant was rude and dismissive. Didn't even bother to look me in the eye, didn't explain what he was doing at all, told me to leave the room because he had other patients even though he hadnt addressed the problems I came in for. Useless.

I have been with this surgery for over 6 years and I have never had any issues. Whenever I need an appointment I have been able to get one for that day or in the next few days. They are also prompt with blood tests and referrals.

Receptionists can be very rude. Depends on who answers the phone. Some of them are nice, some are nasty
