“It’s great to have a big store like this on my doorstep and I usually really enjoy shopping in here.I understand staff having to ask if you need help but if you decline help the first time it’s quite off putting when you keep getting asked, I just wanted to take my time to browse and get inspired by all the make up but felt like I was being watched which made me feel really uncomfortable and just wanted to pay and leave.”
