I had ordered food and asked for receipts and they given me another people receipt and then I haven?t checked it and been to my home and check it and came back for my receipts and i asked them they were very rude and the guy and a lady they said we can?t do anything for u and they were very rude with me such a very shame on those people they don?t know how to serve a customer also very disappointed and they are very disrespectful

What?s the point of having an opening time of 06:00 if a customer is waiting outside at 06:15 no hot food on display and trolleys still in the shop can?t give a star was unable to enter shop ?

Went in on Saturday no rolls or sandwiches on display, asked if they had a tuna roll, came out saying nothing ready, asked if they had a cheese roll, started mumbling. Just walked out of the branch. I get the impression that it?s too much energy trying to serve a customer.

My wife needed to purchase train tickets from Potters Bar train station this morning, (Friday 30th June) I said that I would buy each of us a cup of coffee and doughnut while she walked the rest of the way to collect them. My mobility is limited as a result of a road traffic accident and use a stick for an aid. A young lady who wore a name badge (Charlotte) asked me if I was eating in or taking home?I pointed to the tables outside and indicated my intention to use one of them. Without any fuss she volunteered to carry my purchase to the table. I commend your staff member, the quality of service and product. Well done!

no breakfast rolls at 9 AM, on tuesday??whaat??? are you joking??can you just count your stock every day? and update the system?sooo disappointing.3 womens, including the manager were serving in the morning.sandwiches not ready, everything is sticky and dirty, breakfast rolls are missing. hope they will get an audit soon. they really need one.

Most items are available, including vegetatian option. Vegan hot food were available and hot. Friendly staff and good service. Located on the High road, parking can be a little difficult.
