The team that works at the Potters Bar Dulux branch is fantastic. As a woman, it can sometimes be a bit daunting going to decorator centres, but the team here really do go out of their way to help their customers. I've always shopped here when doing any form DIY or home renovation. Luke, in particular, was extremely helpful; his customer service is exemplary.

Worst customer service, was not asked if I needed help until I was about to leave the store. Felt like I was being pushed to buy the most expensive paint and was told I was not allowed to buy a tester pot and a point of paint. They only seemed to have white paint and if you wanted a colour they wanted to charge you an extra £20 plus to mix the colour when you can buy the paint already made and cheap elsewhere! Go to B&Q rather than waste your time with this store! Will not be coming back.

Popped in to the Dulux store today as i thought i would give it a go as i usually get my paint from B&Q . Found the team really helpful and Knowledgeable and was good to get that one to one customer service that acks in the big stores. Will definitely be buying my paint here from now on !
