Yesterday, my wife and I visited the Dreams showroom in Potters Bar to look for a new headboard. We were greeeted by Oliver, who could not have been more helpful. As we needed a King size headboard, he showed us several various styles and fabrics, and explained that it would be possible to choose a preferred colour from the range available. Once we had decided on a style and colour, Oliver explained that there is a guarantee scheme available, which would provide 8 years cover. He also asked about disposal of the old headboard, and asked whether we would like the headboard to be fitted for us. We took up the various options after being given an opportunity to consider them in our own time.
We were very impressed with the service provided and would like to thank Oliver for his help.

Such a lovely team. I went to just look at getting a new bed and they were so friendly and welcoming. Very professional, and took their time, I ended up buying a mattress and base . It was delivered by two polite guys on Monday and I?ve never slept so well! Should have done this years ago. Thanks dreams team ?

We had a great experience here today with Steve, he was friendly and warming upon our arrival and promptly helped us in finding the best mattress for me and my partner. We were so happy with the service today and decided to go ahead with purchasing a brand new king bed frame, mattress and pillows, duvets etc. wouldn?t recommend any other place to get your new bed!!! Thanks Steve, top man!

Our mattress is knackered less than 3 years after buying it and Dreams refuses to honour their 5 year policy. They?ve ignored us and made the process as complicated as possible so they don?t have to pay out on a product that clearly has a factory fault! Due to their shoddy products and negligence I?m having to sleep on a broken mattress whilst 24 weeks pregnant which has caused me awful back pain. Their email back to me after I explained this and said I couldn?t be home for an ?inspection? of the mattress due to my job but offered a Saturday or a video/photos was to tell me that it isn?t their problem and they couldn?t care less!
Oh and here?s the real kicker! We we?re backed into a corner and forced to book a weekday appointment to have our faulty mattress ?inspected? by one of their experts before they could even tell us if they?re going to replace it and stick to their end of their warranty deal, so we arranged for someone to come into the house because we work full time and can?t be there and they told us you?ll definitely be the first appointment 8am. We get a text tonight for tomorrow?s appointment and it says 11 am we can?t have anyone in the house then so obviously complete waste of time, and if we want to change or cancel the appointment, we have to call between nine and five guess what we?re busy working and can?t call then! Complete at a scam to make you not be able to be there for the appointment so they can wash their hands with it and not have to replace your mattress!
Don?t buy from these scammers! They?ll do anything to save pennies and screw their customers.

A really good service at dreams in Potters Bar recently: I've had a knee operation making testing mattresses a little tricky! But Gizem was really helpful in terms of being welcoming, efficient knowledgeable and helping us make a decision at our own pace. The cup of coffee helped, too! :)

Pop in on Sunday 6th April - with my daughter as she needs a new bed. Within 5 minutes we were greeted by Elvin who ask if we need any help? We explained what we were looking for and showed us some beds, then she suggested that my daughter should try the bed tester out, so she would know what mattress would help her sleep better. This was a fantastic idea as it helped my daughter understand what to look for, she even offered me a tea/coffee as I was waiting. We explained to Elvin that due to time restrictions we had to go, but will be back on Monday. Happy to say I popped in to pay for the bed Monday after work and is now being delivered on the 28th - Happy Days ? Thank You Elvin for your great customer service A ?

I was served by Oliver today who took the time to ask me about my prospective new purchase.
My personal sleep profile was analysed using the 3d technology and Oliver showed me a range of suitable mattresses, all of which I tried more than once. I was able to try various different pillows and left the store having purchased a new bed, mattress and pillow. I'm looking forward to a decent sleep!
