I would leave a minus star rating if I could. The customer service is diabolical and they out right lie. I waited over 2 hours for my order, called 3 times, lied to each time and it never turned up. Don't waste your time. Support small local business instead.

Would do 6 stars if I could, the customer service goes above and beyond. I ordered my pizza and the accidentally forgot one of my toppings, it didn't bother me so I didn't call the store or report it on the app, so let me tell you I was so suprised to open my door to one of the delivery guys apologising while holding the correct pizza in his hands with tons of dip pots(they know what I like) will always sing this stores praise best domino's store in the world

Ordered from the app. Prematurely said it was delivered, when I called they told me it was a mistake and that it?s still on the way. Waited over an hour in total. Still no delivery. Called again, driver started accusing me of lying! Saying he did deliver it, but we don?t have any food and haven?t seen anyone come down our street. Eventually he admitted he delivered to the wrong place and said he?ll put in another order. Now we have to wait another 30 mins, if they actually do redeliver. And no kind of compensation or compassion either. Will never order from this domino?s again. STAY AWAY

Delivery was totally messed up. I checked the tracker and it ended up the other side of potters bar. We rung up and told sorry have a new driver. And it?s cold , we will make another one, funny how it takes about 20mins to make original one,and all of a sudden within 5 to 10 mins it turns up. Was obviously the original order , barely warm, chicken strippers cold. Orders in the past are normally piping hot. Don?t like being mugged off and lied too. Not impressed with the whole order and way I was treated. ???

Very disappointing chain of dominos. I have ordered from here twice and they have messed up my order both times. On both of the occasions, they were rude and didnt offer any compensation.

The store failed to redelivery our sauces after the delivery driver dropped it at the front door. Bad customer service.

Absolute rubbish. Got my order wrong even though it's in black and white. Not the first time but will be the last time! Absolute careless cowboys ?. They don't know the difference between jalapeños and pineapple, plus the guy making the pizza was coughing all over the shop. So also a health and safety hazard. Avoid Potters Bar branch at all costs!

Ordered from this branch multiple times, the service is extremely poor and unreliable. Orders are rearly correct, items often either missing or incorrect. This time around items are missing phoned the branch and yet they have done nothing. Extremely poor avoid!

Absolutely ridiculous service. 3 times a charm no? this is the 4th time it?s happened to me.
I was told it would be 30 min for delivery. Then I called them 40 min after and they lady said it will be 10 min more.
25 min after I called again and found out the pizza was not done.
NEVER ORDERING DOMINOS AGAIN!!!
