They are ok, last December 21st, my phone was stolen in there, then we told it to one of staff, then said ? we are familiar to them, ( the theives )my boss one time warn me that don?t leave your phone
On the desk? and I told my self you mean you know what they are doing but did not do anytjing? That is wrong, you also have the responsibility for at least the security of your clients.

Ordered through third party app, they cancelled my order just as I arrived. Wasted journey especially in the heavy rain. No apologies and no managers on site to discuss.

Very poor experience. Not been in there for while, had a birthday free treat so decided to pop in. No cakes, just a few pastries, had to wait 9 minutes for my 'latte' even though there was no queue. When it eventually arrived it didn't even look like a latte, no froth on top and very watery. I queried it with the manager who brought it over to me and was told ' it was made by the trainee'!! He should never have brought it to a paying customer if it was not made correctly. Far inferior service to what I used to recieve when visited regularly and to other Costas, I will not be going back.

I used to love my Costa Coffee, but the place is messed up is so dirty I don?t go there anymore I go to coffee Nero. That place needs refurbishing.

Staff here are very good here. They've stopped the character roast so rarely go now.
