I tried to get clothes repairs and altered here. The lady at the counter was extremely unhelpful and told me to just go and buy new clothes. Repeatedly telling me that the repairs were not worth it and were too expensive which I think is really up to the customer to decide as I was willing to spend money on these items. They clearly didn't want my business. I would not recommend.

My curtains took a week to be dry cleaned. At home I realised that the stains had not come out at all. It is very poor customer service not to have been told about the stains when I collected the curtains.

5* Service!!! I've used Butlers many times now for dry cleaning and alterations. The dry cleaning is returned in immaculate condition, well pressed and nicely wrapped for travelling back home. Their alterations specialist did a perfect job repairing my suit trousers. I would highly recommend for all their services. 5*!!!Service: Alterations

Really friendly and helpful everytime I have used Butlers. The tailor altered my dress, was ready in 24hrs and I am really happy with the result - he did an amazing job and would not ever know it had been altered. Now it fits perfectly, thank you!

The guy working for the owners is extremely rude and extremely condescending!! I took a lace blouse that they have completely ruined, when I called to complaint about it he had a very nasty attitude on the phone. Their prices are also ridiculous, each time I go there with the same dress I get a different price.

Absolutely Brilliant! I had a wedding dress (all lace and beading) that got mouldy from a dampness problem in our house. They were able to clean my dress, which had never been worn yet, and saved my big day! They even offered to help with storage after so it wouldn't get ruined in the house. Absolutely the best service I've ever received. Will recommend to everyone!
