Everytime I come here from a long drive desperatly needing to use the toliet facilities.. they are out of order.. getting boring now..

It's a motorway service station! There's a reasonable range of food and drink outlets - even if they are slightly too expensive, as you would expect. The building is clean and as good a place to stop as any if you need a break.
