I am not sure it is normal to arrive at a a pharmacy and wait for 5 minutes without seeing anyone at the counter in the middle of a working day?
Two visits as the first time, the repeat prescription had not been processed by the pharmacist and he left a bit after we arrived.
Staff are polite but very slow - I wonder what would happen in case there are more than a couple of customers..

A few instances of bad experience recently, including shop not opening because the pharmacist is stuck in traffic. While waiting, another customer came and said he heard the same last week, so it looks like it was not an isolated case. After 30 minutes of waiting, a member of staff appeared in the door and announced to a group of waiting customers that she couldn't estimate when the pharmacist would arrive. I left because i was already latefor work. Another bad experience related to medicines ordered. They were supposed to be in the next day. i came but they were not. So I came in the following day at 16.05. I was met with the door shut and a nicely printed notice saying the shop had to close early due to unforeseen circumstances. Apart from that, shelves are always empty and i can hardly ever buy what I need. The shop needs a better manager in my opinion.

Staff are extremely rude, always the female staff that are rude in there. It?s great thing that I know the area manager of Boots in Potters Bar so I?ll be making a serious complaint. Always such bad service.

I find the service in this branch DREADFUL??They are the only pharmacy/pharmists on Darkes Lane but never seem to be available for enquiries. The phone is always engaged.Staff see customers coming and walk away from the counter.Surely you would be better to promote yourselves with good customer service and be more proactive when customers ask questions about products and alert your pharmacist rather than just serving another customer.The shelves are empty for normal products. The entry rug/door is untidy. The store is looking very shabby.I won?t bother coming in here again I far prefer the service and care provided by another chemist/pharmacy on the high street.

just wanted to share my thoughts on this store as it is great. i have stolen so many things! i have been caught before in london colney but its really easy here as theres no guard in the store. i took many things for my family before christmas and saved on xmas spending. definitely reccommend and will be coming back xx
