I am not sure it is normal to arrive at a a pharmacy and wait for 5 minutes without seeing anyone at the counter in the middle of a working day? Two visits as the first time, the repeat prescription had not been processed by the pharmacist and he left a bit after we arrived. Staff are polite but very slow - I wonder... read full comment

A few instances of bad experience recently, including shop not opening because the pharmacist is stuck in traffic. While waiting, another customer came and said he heard the same last week, so it looks like it was not an isolated case.
