I requested a specific medication through my GP due to an allergy and also personally confirmed it with Well Pharmacy in St Albans. They agreed at first, but when I came to collect it, they had ordered the wrong item.
Well don't treat their staff well. Shoplifting rife and the pharmacist manager was subject to aggressive behaviour from a thief. Well head office promised a mirror and a bell (panic button?) but it never materialised. Manager then left so Well has expensive locums to hire as a result of their neglect.
