I had a very pleasant experience, staff are lovely especially the Sunday staff ? they greet u well with a outstanding service. Why I write this comment I was served by very young lad maybe college or school leaver he's manners his greeting his friendly attitude was brilliant didn't quite catch his name but if I saw him again I would get his name because he needs to be recognised for his brilliant service. If they ever read this my experience was on a Sunday between 3.30 and 4.00pm I returned a cabin bag which didn't meet the requirements of the baggage measurements. May godbless him and give him good health and prosperity ameen xx

I bought for my daughters Christmas an alarm clock it was faulty I kept the receipt and I don?t drive, so when I got a lift to London Coney and gave the checkout girl my receipt and a good back. She questioned me why it taken me so long to return the goods what she should?ve done is apologise and said I?m sorry this has caused you to get a lift from St Albans to return and the embarrassment of giving a gift that didn?t work .
