However, it appears that my vehicle was mishandled during the checking.resulting in the mirror being scratches all over the mirror surface. This kind of negligence is simply unacceptable.Furthermore,It is evident that thorough inspections were not conducted before returning the vehicle to me.As a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz, I have always trusted the brand's commitment to excellence. However, this experience has shattered my confidence in the service provided by your company. Not only has it caused inconvenience and frustration, but it has also cost me time and money to rectify the damage caused.I urge Mercedes-Benz to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt response from your team, outlining the steps that will be taken to address the damage and compensate for the inconvenience caused. It's a sad thing. I waited a full hour for my appointment with the sales department scheduled two days ago, and no one came to me or even apologized. There is no keeping people's appointments.I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALLI waste my time for a non respectable reason

Good selection of cars and obviously displayed to their peak specification and appearance. Prices a little on the high side however this is a main dealership in a premium site so as expected. Large showroom located next to the Great West Road. Unfortunately with the speed limit and the major road is very difficult to satisfactorily test a vehicle. Very polite and well presented staff.
