I was assured by IMO that it was a one off, the terrible service and wash. I tried again, same filthy wheels miserable staff and a machine modified to not touch the back of cars as it rips wipers off.

It seems the problem lays in management- people working there atm appear lazy af? and no decent english. Been there couple of times and every time wheel prewash/spray is being omitted, you literally have to ask for it and then they would grudgingly do it? Customer service at bottom level. Thinking of complaining straight to head office. Choose another if you can

What a shame. Paid for a car wash, top of my car wasn't touched by machine. Was told £6 is for just water. Poor language is not an excuse to avoid any remedy. Won't be returning nor recommending again. No pride in their work.

They don?t clean the drying pads properly. The car comes out dirty. Total waist of money.

After using the Ultra HD, which includes a wheel wash, this is the level of dirt that remained. Disappointed with the cleanliness; wouldn't recommend due to the subpar service provided by the staff.

Not great I paid £19 for the premium wash I think my granddaughter could have washed it better than this car wash I was being lazy by coming here so will wash my car by the old fashioned method Bucket and Sponge honestly don't use this

V poor, bored bloke, waited in queue whilst he sat in his office, v cursory jet wash, £9 wash, and car not clean after!TBF they cleaned the back bumper with a rag when I took it back.

It's very good good car wash place, it is a automated car was good think is before you enter the machine they do little hand was it's clean your most of darty, also if you have IMO app then cost you less money.

Over charging scammers, the machine doesn?t ever work properly, £7 wash and £15 wash seems to be doing the same thing
