I went into this store today to use the post office and a Co op staff member hit into my face with her nails digging so deep that I started to bleed. I asked for the manager at the time which was a lady called Lucy (supervisor). She was extremely careless no risk assessment was carried out. I wasn't offered even something... read full comment
