Went for Sunday carvery for a family birthday.
Food and drinks: Booking online was easy and we got parked on-site. On arrival, the staff noted that my Dad was using walking sticks and arranged for us to wait in an alternative area with higher chairs. The wait was very short. We had a booth near to the carvery which worked well for all of us. The carvery was hot, delicious and plenty of it. With a great selection of sauces. We had desserts and drinks - a good selection and no issues with changing custard for ice cream. Good value for money, great service and clean. We can?t comment on the rooms as we did not stay.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend (2 nights) to meet up with family and friends and really enjoyed our stay. We ate in the restaurant Friday evening and highly recommend the Chefs Hungarian Goulash. It was the tastiest meal we'd had for a long time!!!! The service was good too, very friendly staff. We had breakfast both mornings too. The full English and eggs Benedict were delicious with generous portions. Lots of tea and coffee available too. Check-in was straight forward and very informative, we didn't have any questions. The hotel is ideally placed in Letchworth, only a few minutes walk from the train station which proved very handy over our weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

Room was above kitchen, extractor fans going on and off all day and night , 7.00 am jet washing staff very noisy, room was clean , shower difficult to regulate it was either to hot or scalding hot, staff were all friendly breakfast was huge , breakfast staff helpful and friendly, good parking except mothers day other than that no problem, ideal hotel for centre and train station.

We held the funeral wake for my mum in the Downtown Grill. The staff were very helpful and everything went smoothly. The food was great and everyone was very complimentary. Thank you all.

My daughter and I enjoyed our meals very much. The food was cooked well and hot. Our server was professional throughout. She didn?t make us feel welcome, she never smiled or try to engage us with any light conversation. She did her job and nothing more. Hence the score of 3 stars.

Oh my gosh what an amazing place top class very friendly and helpful and polite I would advise anyone to visit very clean very friendly place unfortunately the last night I couldn't sleep because staff was talking very loud outside unfortunately I opened the window because I was hot I wish I didn't but apart from that it was a great place to stay

Staff were super friendly.
Loved the breakfast option to order from the menu including the continental breakfast.
Rooms a bit dated but clean and comfortable so had a wonderful restful night.

Room was clean, neat and comfortable. Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and very attentive. For me location was ideal being so near the train location.
Rooms: Comfortable and clean.
Walkability: Easy to get to from train station, and into Letchworth town. Easy walk to Norton Nature Reserve and The Greenway/ Standalone Farm
Food and drinks: Menu had a good choice and food was really nice
