By far, the worst subway.
Ordered a meal deal and it arrived with just the sandwich. Telephoned subway in Letchworth to be told several times the order is complete. I have photos of the bag and the contents! I asked to speak to a manager and was told let me ring you back. Said I am not leaving the phone call until I speak to someone else and the employee hung up on me. This subway?s customer service is by far the worst.

Unwell so ordered for delivery. They took the ingredients list for 2 subs, mixed them up and sent 2 things we didn't ask for. When I called, they told me I would have to come to the store to swap them. As I am unwell, that isn't happening so they suggested I do it another day instead. That doesn't really feed us right now.And they sent an opened bottle of Fanta with some already drunk.

I?d give zero stars if it was possible, don?t eat from here under any circumstance. Due to either preparation surfaces or the food being under cooked both myself and a friend have food poisoning. Completely unacceptable, two customers falling ill because either someone can?t clean a work surface or someone doesn?t know how to make sure food is cooked. Honestly I?d rather army crawl across hot coals with a bag of bricks on my back than eat here again. It seemed okay at the time but now we are very unwell due to food served here, avoid like the plague if possible .Oh to rub salt to the wound, hospital visits have been a regular occurrence

Portion control is shocking. I refuse to pay £6.89 for foot long with few bits of salad. It?s simply a joke. I understand that staff is hard to come by recently, but please have staff trained on portion control

Food is fine. Standard subway fare. Staff rude. Got asked to moved tables, mid meal, just so they could mop an already sparkling floor. Check the cameras. The place doesn't close for another two hours but they are already in a rush to clean up. Sets a bad precedent

Son has always had a footlong, totally plain turkey breast and ham, which comes with 4 thin slices of ham and 4 turkey and costed about £5 80. Upon menu change, we paid £6.89 for 5 slices of turkey and. 4 ham. I questioned this, and a new one was made with more meat . However, I am concerned that my son has been charged this exorbitant amount for one extra slice of meat when he visits alone.Also, the app never loads, so I requested a receipt with code to add points later. Just given standard receipt.
