My 94 year old father wanted to buy some lights for his garage. The staff were SO helpful, helping him choose which product was best for his needs and the duty manager, Robert, even helped him into his wheel chair from the car and back. Absolutely fantastic customer service, thank you so much!?

Bring an id or the card you paid with. I've been using this Screwfix for years, today it was the first time I was asked for an id or card. I know it's required, but this was never enforced. An order a little over £120. I even tried showing them the card on my apple wallet and the order on the app. To no avail.
What is the point of using the app if I don't need an id to order in the shop? Uninstalled the app and will avoid this shop as much as possible. This was a waste of my time and petrol.
