The rude and unhelpful people I (and many others) wrote about before have gone. The new Postmaster is completely different - helpful, friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. I have been going to this post office for years, but lately stopped because the customer service had been so appalling, but I am delighted it is under new management - it's great to have a friendly local post office again. I hope other customers will return too.

Rude service on multiple occasions, the staff cannot speak English, does not understand the difference between post code and barcode which resulted in all my returns being messed up and sent under one reference instead of 3 separate ones meaning no money back, the staff ignored me when I was trying to explain that they have done it wrong, will never return again.

Extremely rude staff who ignored me for a long time leaving me waiting at the till. On numerous occasions it they have overcharged for postage, charging the price of a parcel for a large letter. I don't usually leave reviews but wanted to advise not to go to this post office, and go elsewhere to avoid swindling, unkind staff

Appalling service.staff member said he could not return a free-return item unless I bought something. When he did send did accept my returned parcel i got a note to say I needed to collect the same parcel from the sorting office at the cost of 3.50. Staff have no clue what they?re doing. Terrible and need more training
