Friendly and helpful staff, just joined vip (free) and gotten loads of discounts. Seem to have almost everything you would want in there. The groomers only do dogs unfortunately, so my cats had to go elsewhere.

I come here regularly with my toy poodle and the staff are always so helpful and welcoming. Not only are they knowledgeable about the products, but they have a lot of patience (sadly there?s always rude customers when we come). Very grateful to all of the staff here!!

Fantastic receptionists, always go above and beyond to get me an appointment with the vet. Vet was thorough and calm when examining my nervous dog. Happy dog, happy owner ?

Great discounts when you use the app. Paid £2.70 for dog food 75% off, loads of vouchers on the app. Good service and advice given when asked about our dog who was having trouble with food. All sorted after speaking with the staff.

Like most of its stores, nothing special. Has Rabbits, Guinea pigs, Hamsters, Rats & Fish for sale. Plenty of parking. Doesn't have a Cat Rescue bit like some stores but does have an Adoption centre. Has vets & groomers in-store.
