The staff are incredibly helpful and attention. However, New Look, your return's process is a ball ache, especially if you're collecting an order and wanting to return said order. It shouldn't be that time consuming!

I always enjoy popping into New look to see the ranges of clothes and I like how there's a range of items on discount. However I was very disappointed as I was made to feel rushed when in the changing rooms despite there being 40 minutes before closing. Found the staff quite rude and pressurising. They should have a clear sign stating what times the changing rooms close.

The staff here close early for some reason. Two Sundays ago this store was closed at 3:45 15 mins before closing. On Saturday they started closing the doors at 5. Not sure they want the trade.
