What a lovely experience it was last Saturday when we went to Nationwide Letchworth to open a couple of bank accounts. Lovely staff. Thank goodness Nationwide are staying in Letchworth.

I have been with this bank over a decade and have never had any issues with them, however I was in the for an unrelated matter and asked if they could exchange some coins while I was there, they simply said no, a few weeks later I was waiting behind a lady who said she didn't have her bank card but she was a member and needed to exchange notes for coins and they absolutely bend over backwards for her, also the requirement to say aloud your address when withdrawing cash from the teller is a security issue, anyone waiting behind then knows your address and knows you have more than £250 on your person, this information should be given on a tablet ect

Every time you go one cashier and long wait , should close the branch if you are discouraging people not to come in
