A busy, hard-working pharmacist diagnosed my stye (eye infection) and she gave me the great tip of holding a tea bag to, it to let the tea leaf chemicals have an effect. Very glad it could be sorted without antibiotics.

Positioned road side of town !Small with 2 chairs/table .Allways minimum of two ladies working every day!Your seen allmost instantly .They sometimes forget to give some of your medicine if they are standing at the till !Check before you leave that you have all you've been prescribed.

The actual pharmacist is lovely and helpful but the women working there are god awful. Can't tell you how many times I've had them literally roll their eyes and barely address me, just going straight to the pharmacist instead of showing remote care or interest. We're desperate for Dr's appointments that we can't get, yet when we try and reduce that pressure on the NHS by going to the pharmacy we're met with content! Waste of time.

Hit and miss as to whether my repeat prescription is there even though I order the same time I collect so 28 days notice EVERY MONTH. On the day it was due for collection this time around was given a reason that didn't make sense (and nobody gave advance notice or told me this was the case) only found out on the day and had to leave with no medication for the month. Avoid

I don?t know but I cannot relate to the reviews considering the service I received two times have been there. Grumpy lady that seemed to have no enthusiasm to service me even when she noticed I was standing there. I was given the short shrift when I asked whether they will notify me when my repeat prescription is ready. They didn?t even want to listen why I needed to be notified. Was told come in person to find out if it is ready in the next few days. I suppose it is ok for people who do a shop in Morrisons while their immediate prescription is being prepared. Went to Boots who really understood my need? and knew about customer service.

Staff always friendly&greet me by name&plenty of advice on offer if required.Not in town I live but well worth a 10minute drive.As majority of times I've been they always have what I need,when some others haven't.#long&short is 100% positive
