have used Ming wah for years, food generally very good although sometimes can be overly salty. Normally order online for collection at a set time. Have had to wait over 30 mins as theyve been so busy and this has happened a few times now, such a shame as I shall be avoiding for now

We have not used Ming Wah for a few months We ordered our normally food it is not the same anymore! Have you changed Chefs? Not so much taste and very dry also it was cold although we waited a few minutes for it. Disappointed! We spent £32. Will not come back in a hurry!

Best chinese food take-away within a ten mile radius!
Food is freshly made on the day with fresh produce! You can taste the freshness!
Allways hot allways flavoursome.
Options to remove salt sugar peppers etc on online ordering .
Opens @5pm
No parking on station Rd is the only down side & no delivery offered .
You could order an uber or taxi to collect if needed.

FYI i?m chinese and this is one of the best chinese takeaways I?ve had. Food is always spot on and staff are super friendly. Have ordered from here the last 2 years. Would recommend the salt and pepper chicken wings and the duck in plum sauce. I ordered from Bodily?s today because Ming Wah are closed on a Tuesday and sorry but it was awful - i?m loyal to Ming Wah now ?

The food was clearly microwaved?the beef was soggy and full of fat, and the sweet and sour sauce was more like watered-down pink liquid. I hadn?t visited since it changed ownership, but after this experience, I definitely won?t be returning.

Have they got new owners ? Nothing like it used to be. Deep fried chilli beef was slimy and inedible. Onions thick and raw. Sweet and sour sauce more like jam. Used to be the best takeaway not any more. All good things come to an end I guess.

Just ordered, i had a bad feeling from when i ordered on the phone where the lady rushed through my order and cut me off before i could finish. I asked for my chicken curry extra spicy but there was not an ounce of flavour. The singapore noodles were dry and overcooked. Complete waste of £20, all in the bin. Will not be ordering again, such a shame as the previous owners had such a great reputation.
