Terrible shop, some of staff rude they need a lesson, accused me of being rude saying that I didn't know what I was doing , when I said I did , she got rude and very shirty with me , I think it was cas she was chatting to another member of staff when I called her , she is there to help , all your other stores I've been in someone always on tills smiling and helpful she is not a people person , just because I'm getting on in age she should not assume we are darft

What a truly horrendous experience at checkout.... took 15 minutes for the lady before me to get a refund.... avoid this store.... truly bad customer service/ experience ?
UPDATE: The clown show experience continues. They close the self service checkouts at 6.50pm, yet they close the store at 10pm. Thank goodness for the nearby Aldi, where self service checkouts don?t close until 10pm, when they close.
