Travelled to Kwikfit Sleaford for my aircon appointment which I booked & paid for on line. Arrived to be questioned whether I was sure I had booked with them. Eventually found my appointment to be told they couldn?t do it, the machine was broken & it would be at least a week. Asked for a refund & they told me to ring customer service. Customer service processed the refund & told me it would be 3 to 5 working days. Basically, you, Kwikfit now have my money, if I had cancelled the appointment I can accept 3 to 5 working days. However, I paid for a service which you could not provide. I took an hour off work & used fuel to make the appointment to receive a shrug from a guy who was pretty unapologetic & sent me away to sort it out for myself. You have my £137 pounds so I can?t go anywhere else until you give it back. Ask yourself if this is ok. I?m not angry, I?m disappointed that this is now normal

If I could leave a review with no stars I would. Terrible service from sleaford branch. Wouldn't use again ever. Cannot recommend, also it takes up to 5 days to get your money back.?

The manager I presume? Didn?t get his name at knaresborough really impressed me!!! Total knowledge of tyres took it in for a puncture after investigating was only low inflation, reset my warning light and NO CHARGE, advised further work required, very impressed,

Shared my complaint with Kwik fit by filling their complaints form, which probably straight away was thrown to rubbish bin . Rubbish customer service. Avoid !!!

I have a Nissan Leaf the car was fully serviced by Nissan my car needs to front coil springs replaced and the Kwik fit in Leabridge Road Leyton has just told me my car is irreparable and as such they can?t do the work but this result does not match Nissan main dealership work this sounds fraudulent they wanted to charge me more on the bumper scheme but I wanted the basic work and I can see the Manager was not happy. This now is very serious.

Paid for a service and mot in advance E mail said between 8.30/9.30 arrived at 9 am received attitude from the bloke at the desk and refused the car saying they were fully booked up. Received a text at 9.30 on the day saying arrive at 8.30 No good informing me an hour after is it

Went in for a new battery got one , not coded to the car as they told me it dose not need it done, over the last 3 months have been having electricity problems due to battery failure ask for a battery check that was after a 15 minute drive so battery had been charge up on a cold check the battery reads 12.1 volts no drain in the car, very poor service fareham branch get charged for more for a cheaper battery when told them they replied you can have a free puncture repair

Needed a front tyre for my car. Phoned Accrington Kwik Fit twice and no one bothered to answer. Called Head office to see if the shop is still open, Waited over 10 min before putting the phone down. Going else where as they obviously don't need business.

Tried to charge me for tyre disposal when I was taking my tyres with me as still plenty of tread left on them. They have just lost a fleet of cars an vans because of the lies I was told. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere

Shocking company. Butch of cowboys! I would keep away from them. Find local garage... tried to explain problem they caused, but dismissed it. Shockingly disgusting.... tried to speak with the local manager in Prenton on the Wirral. They won't answer the phone. They should not be allowed to run as a business.

tried to call for some service history on a vehicle i purchased, they said they are an able to even provide dates and mileages of when this was done. Even on the Jaguar/Land Rover website you can get service history online for free. Not helpful on the phone.

Replaced 2 tyres offered wheel alignment for £75 did it, but made matters worse, machine was playing up, now refusing to refund my money, it's fraud, avoid at all costs

Lady was helpful about my complements that I made about the manager at Southend and told me she would send my feedback to the operations manager and she also would phone the manager to let him know that he provided me with excellent service as I am AUTISTIC and get STRESSED VERY QUICKLY Kind regards Paul ???
