“Until this shop opened I always found it to hard to get to Iceland in Letchworth town center, I am now a regular shopper picking up drinks and some of my favorite foods. Easy access as the parking is free and out the front of the shop. The Iceland staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a fair sized store but if you want a giant Iceland's then held to Stevenage.”

“Cheap and cheerful store from a chain.Some of the goods are OK but be selective as this is not always the case.They do stock a wide range of products from all departments from pet foods to paints.The service through the tills is usually slow but this is no reflection on the staff as I have always found them polite and cheerful, just the lack of open tills is the issue here.I needed storage”

“Great range of father's day cards and presents. I was served quickly today which was good because the only issue I have is that at lunchtime they don't have enough staff on the tills. I get 1/2 hour for lunch so this is really irritating - wish they would have a queue for people on lunch only rather than make us queue with those who have all day but chose to shop at lunchtime!!”

“I generally only buy Slimming World meals/snacks, frozen chicken tikka pieces etc. Staff always friendly and I hardly ever have to queue for more than a couple of minutes”

“I live above the shop, so I'm in & out the place. The shelves are never fully stocked, half empty. Nisa should remove their name off the front of the shop.”

“As every where else prices gone up but still cheaper as the Major supermarkets and get more products when knowing the items also look for reduced prices bonus also get your fingers on the stuffed wine leaves delicious . The delicate Greek week speciality.”

“I find Bursland Tesco Express very useful; great opening hours and when I recall the dark interior of Nisa I can only say this is a whole lot better. Sure staff could do with being a bit more cheerful but i often open conversation and get a ready response.”

“Went into the cafe today after going to Pharmacy, Doctors then back to Morrisons food shopping and then found I felt completely exhausted as just had Covid very bad for over a week so had a sit down and a snack in the cafe totally forgot about the car park, really panicked, the two assistants were so kind, calming and sorted out the parking for me. Lovely ladies, thank you very much .”

“Like shop used the hand held machine to add up shopping. Only downside is I seem to always have my shopping checked. Then the lady who scanned 10 items took out of bag and threw them in my trolley including eggs!.Plus then you have to get till receipt checked as well.”
