Sausage rolls not thoroughly cooked. Pastry was crispy and golden brown on the top, soggy and anaemic on the bottom. Greggs in Letchworth have really gone downhill lately. I won't be back!

Greg?s? always great food as even when the food isn?t hot it?s lovely? they offer all types of food including vegan and vegetarian. They offer crisps drinks deserts hot food and hot drinks. It is lovely and so are all the staff would definitely recommend! 10/10

Come here every morning before work to get a cup of tea and a sandwich.
The shop is always spotless and the staff that greet you are always polite and friendly.
Sandwiches are made fresh each day and the tea is good aswell. Prices are very good, my order costs £3.60 which is very reasonable and a lot cheaper than other big name food and drink outlets on the High Street.

I love Greg's all together and this one is no different! They always have warm food on the shelves and good service plus when new food items come out they always have them in stock! There isn't any places to sit inside but I like it that way!

Ordered a breakfast baguette which arrived in a timely manner but was freezing cold, baguette, hash browns and coffee all cold! Phoned the store who told me it was supposed to be cold.. I did point out it was advertised as being hot and came in packaging warning it should be hot and also coffee should never be cold but he seemed to think that was a difference of opinion. Will challenge the transaction through my bank as I know when I?m being taken for a fool

staff are quite nice, talked to a few when waiting for the food. the food can be cold, its a chance between; the food just coming out and being hot, or its been sat there and gone lukewarm. good food though and cold drinks are always cold.

Ravi - the store manager. He is abrupt, rude, and arrogant. Worst experience I've had in a very long time. First time I've seen him in this branch and I wouldn't go there again.

Ordered a steak bake, only to find out it was cold. Went back to ask if it was supposed to be warm and they advised its not a heated counter? Who wants cold soggy pastry and gravy?! Will go to Simmons two doors down from now on.
