disappointed with the nails myself and daughter had done today. nail varnish akk dry up and poor selection. I really wanted a matt finsh on my nails, was told no again. on inspection of the nail they are poorly painted and i have a lose nail already. won't be returning.

AVOID. I got my nails done here last month and they chipped within 1 day of them being done. I returned for them to be repaired and they chipped again within a few days. I gave them another try this month thinking it might have just been a bad bacth of nail polish and they have chipped again within a few days. I returned and asked for a refund and the lady refused and said its not within their policy. They could only offer repair which is useless to me as it is likely to chip again. Really dissatisfied, I went here a few times to get gel nails, having had them elsewhere for years with no damage to my natural nails. After only a few sets from here my once strong and good condition nails are now broken sore and bleeding, I?ve had to purchase every nail repair polish I can find, they?ve filed my nails so hard they?ve become thin, weak, red raw and look awful, as someone who has always taken care of my nails I?ve never seen them like this before and I?m gutted.Service: Gel manicures

Acrylics have run and are touching my cuticles and have run down the side onto my skin, there?s no edge! Because they?re touching my cuticles they?re going to look shocking in a few days. And they?re all funny shapes. Probs the second worst nails I?ve had. Don?t know why I paid if I?m honest.Service: Nail extensions
