I always order upgrades etc online. But after a load of trouble I've decided to go into the store. Nice guys, realy helpful and a much better service than the phone/web chat support (and I got to speak to someone straight away!)... Would recommended

Helpful in store but somewhat ironic that a mobile phone shop are unable to 1) answer the phone and 2) don?t have an answerphone service. Was hoping to check if my new phone had arrived, guess I will have to make a trip to Letchworth to find out.

Great guys helped me out setting up a sim card we had a few issues but they didn't stop helping and also gave my daughter some.drawing tasks to keep her amused.Massive thanks to Oskar and Ross.

I had an aptmt yesterday to renew my contract and I was so lucky to get Callum who was lovely approachable and explained everything wasn't condescending just excellent customer service I put same comments on survey and transferring all my pics etc in record time amazing and got a better deal saving me money thank you so much and to Gary to this is a fab store
