I always order upgrades etc online. But after a load of trouble I've decided to go into the store. Nice guys, realy helpful and a much better service than the phone/web chat support (and I got to speak to someone straight away!)... Would recommended

Helpful in store but somewhat ironic that a mobile phone shop are unable to 1) answer the phone and 2) don’t have an answerphone service. Was hoping to check if my new phone had arrived, guess I will have to make a trip to Letchworth to find out.
