Took 20 mins to order with cash as the staff couldn't be bothered to take my order at the till, then another 15mins watching my order going cold on the counter as they attempted to keep up with drive thou orders...

Was very quiet when I visited but because I went through the drive through I couldn't have a drink they have in the self service machine. Had to park up and get it myself.

I placed a £40 order, and they forgot the two fries in my kids? meals. I called immediately, and they said they would replace them. When I tried to reorder yesterday, the manager refused, saying it wasn?t logged. That?s the last time I?ll be using this restaurant, and I recommend everyone in Letchworth avoids it.
