Poor Value and overpriced tinting My £75 glasses came to a quoted £ 180. I should have walked out I settled for glasses only specsavers was nearby I regret not going their.

Horrendous service, was trying on a £300 pair of spectacles and took a picture of myself in them for a second opinion from a friend and was approached by staff to be told I?m not allowed to take pictures of myself with their product in the shop. Nice one boots , poorly trained staff who just cost you two pairs of glasses I ordered around the corner instead. Hitchin boots opticians are a lot more approachable and friendly team and never had this issue with them or another boots opticians just this one. Puts me off the whole brand.
