I purchased a watch which wasn?t which was not what I had in mind after opening the product.Upon returning it, I was informed that I would not be getting a refund as I had opened it. My consumer rights I mean I have every right to return something that is not fit for purpose and I?m now currently disputing this with my credit card company very poor customer service

I moved to Letchworth 3 months ago and have been to this Argos several times in the mornings, during the day and in the evenings and have always had a very good experience. I have a two year old and an eight month old and when collecting larger items, staff have offered to carry the items to the car for me. One time I did accept the offer and a gentleman carried my item to the car knowing that it will be hard for me to carry the item and push the buggy at the same time. I will definitely continue to buy items from argos because of the service at this store. Thank you.

Gone down hill since it was taken over and moved from Letchworth Town centre. Hardly anything in stock. Order now collect tomorrow or longer no point I'm going else where and get it straight away not Argos.

I made an Argos order for an Xbox controller yesterday and I came to collect it earlier today. I haven't been to an Argos in a while so I was a bit confused on how to collect my item. A helpful employee named Matt was able to aid me in collecting my order after he helped me find my order number.

Came into argos a couple of days ago to pick up my reservation for a BBQ that I had earlier paid for.Came in expecting to be greeted by friendly staff, which the majority were.Except one lady named Carol with a Scottish accent who decided to berate and shout at me because I made a mistake as to which path direction to follow.Instead of giving me a friendly reminder she just shouted a me and was just plain rudeEither this women has a Jekyll and Hyde personality or needs to be retrained in customer serviceI shall definitely not be returning to this story

We get a game from argos and as I didn't think I need ID for a 18+ rated game as I'm 24, they wouldn't give me the game.I live all the way in Royston and I forgot my ID so my husband sent me a picture via messenger they wouldnt take it even though I showed them, they said they want to see it in person!Come on I'm 24 years old not 10!!

Argos is now hidden deep inside a Sainsburys superstore with no room for customers to move. It is like going into a junk shop and Sainsburys should be ashamed.
