I had to write a review as I am so happy with the service and level of customer care I have received from Oliver Dupuy at PetersonSims. Having moved abroad I was finding my tax situation very stressful and needed a guiding hand to help me with the transition from the UK to a new country. Oliver is extrememly knowledgeable, professional, patient and thorough and I wanted to share my experieince with anyone else in a similar position. The fees are very reasonable too. I highly recommend Mr Dupuy and his company, PetersonSims.

I cannot praise Peterson Sims- and in particular their International Tax Specialist Mr Oliver Dupuy- too highly. My situation was extremely complicated involving as it did a Double Tax Agreement (DTA) with another country. Mr Dupuy analysed my position very thoroughly and was able to cite specific parts of the DTA which he then used in his arguments, clearly demonstrating that the tax authorities in the other country had made a series of mistakes in determining the level of tax that I was asked to pay. Mr Dupuy also helped me through an equally complicated Compliance Check ordered by HMRC. The professionalism and knowledge that he demonstrated and the assistance that he provided to me throughout this process was quite exemplary. In addition, the fees that were charged for all of the services provided were extremely reasonable. For anyone in a similar situation involving either another country or checks by HMRC I thoroughly recommend Mr Dupuy and his company, Peterson Sims.

Terrible service. Spent about a month trying to get them to reply to my emails and phone calls. Each time got an apology, but then no reply. Absolutely pathetic.

Tried to engage this company multiple times over the course of several months. 5 stars for the receptionist who was a gentleman from first to last. 0 stars for the ?directors? who did not reply to a single email or phone call. Don?t waste your time, cos clearly they don?t need new clients!

Signed a letter of engagement in Nov. Trying to contact the company for over 2 weeks now to kick off my tax declaration, and I receive nothing but silence - after reception "I will put you through" messages. Is this company even going still? Stuck in the unknown

I highly recommend Oliver and PetersonSims to anyone needing help with international tax. I pay tax in both the UK and New Zealand and they have been very helpful with my international tax situation. Oliver is very knowledgeable, helpful and quick to reply. Even going out of his way to help at the busiest time of the year when HMRC got it wrong.
