We first worked with HR Initiatives a few years ago, when our small non-profit was new and we needed help to develop the way we supported our employees through one:ones and annual reviews. HRi?s training and documentation was brilliant and we have implemented a system that works really well for us as a result.
We subscribed to HR Initiatives? service earlier this year too. Our team is growing along with the business, and we could see we needed more proactive support for the line managers in our team in looking after and getting the best out of our employees. We have worked closely with the HRi Team recently on a project that was quite difficult at times and they provided incredible support and excellent advice throughout. I can?t recommend them highly enough.

Emma Williams, from HR Initiatives, gave outstanding and useful advice at a business workshop I was facilitating. Her advice helped each of the businesses in different ways - from one which was recruiting, one with IR35 questions and another to furlough & redundancy cost/compliance. All were answered professionally, with absolute surety and in a way which was understandable and immediately applicable. Thank you for your help on behalf of all of the businesses involved.
