I have been coming here as a regular for the past two years. I previously visited another salon where there was zero customer service, and a friend recommended I try here. Nina does my nails to a really high standard and I find everyone is always super friendly. I?ve recommended a few people here and they?ve always been as happy as I have.

I had been recommended to go to Baldock Nail Spa and I?m so glad I did. The attention to detail and quality of my nails is excellent. Very clean, polite and friendly spa. Highly Recommended.

It was my first time going to baldock nail spa after moving here, they were really nice and friendly as soon as I walked through the door. I showed them a design I wanted and they an amazing job with it, did have a small hiccup with my top coat but they sat me back down and sorted it out before I left. Am definitely going back again!

My girlfriend had a really bad experience with two customer assistant whose age is around 50 y.o. at an appointment in the late afternoon when almost no other girls where around.
I was with her the first time we went there and no jokes were made.
This second time she was alone, so for them this was a good time to be funny with jokes under the limit of decency.
This is called unprofessionalism, and they have just lost a client.
P.S. To the customer assistant, if you really have a wife you should have a dinner with your wife and not trying to be funny with other people.

Come here often and always regret it when I don?t come here because no one compares to how not only amazing at nails they are but customer service is outstanding ! they even painted my little sisters nails too who is only 4 and they was so lovely with her highly reccomend

Always go here to get my nails done, all the staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome! So many different colours to choose from and any designs you want they?ll do it exactly how you want it! Had a spa pedicure today for the first time and will definitely not be the last! So worth the money and very comfortable massage chairs!

The best nail bar I?ve ever been to.Everyone is so friendly and they have a huge selection of colours to choose from. I usually get gel nails and they do a great job at a really decent price, I?ve recommended them to everyone I know.Service: Gel manicures
