Went for lunch today, sat outside which was nice.
Unfortunately food was not great, beef burgers and chicken burgers over cooked.
My grand daughter couldn?t eat the burger as it was too hard.

Nice food. Lovely service. Good beer selection. You will need to book for Sunday lunch. Popular for a reason. Really enjoyed it, AND you can park in their car park without having to register your car. A big plus.

We can on Sunday phoned v last minute and they fitted us in very great full. Staff so friendly and the food was delicious ? the best pub around.

We started a family weekend away by meeting up here on Saturday, a great little play area for our granddaughter, dog friendly, and plenty of seating in the garden. We booked a Sunday lunch for a table of 8 and they also allowed our dogs to be with us. When we turned up the staff were ready for us and even came out with a bowl of water and treats for the dogs.
The food was very tasty and a generous portion, the staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, to top it off they came out with a little treat pudding for my wife as it was her birthday.
Definitely would come here again, and would recommend this pub to anyone.

We hired out the barn for our little boys 5th birthday, the staff were very attentive to our need and provided a delicious buffet, we choose here as we regularly go and enjoy the food, staff and outdoor beer garden which has a fantastic area for kids to play. Can?t fault the pub at all.
Kid-friendliness: All the staff are very involved and make the kids feel welcome, also have a very well equipped outdoor garden this kids can play on
