Always efficient and friendly and never had an issue, however today they decided to close early which has caused a major inconvenience. Very few other alternatives in the area. Not really acceptable for a post office which the local community depend on.

Trying to send my parcel at your knebworth branch, the post master Mohammad Mohsin Msah was extremely rude to me, he asked why I had not put the correct weight on the parcel, I explained that I have no way to weigh it at home and it didn?t cost any extra despite the package being heavier (I?m a regular poster and know this) he didn?t like being told this and literally threw the parcel back at me, he said I?m refusing to take it, I asked for his manager to which he replied he was the manager so I then asked for his manager and he hesitated before giving me complaints details, he knew he had made an error at this point. But I will take this further.

Fantastic service all the time at this Branch. Lynda exceeded my expectations today with my parcel ready to go as I walked through the doors, exceptional! Expect a first class Service with a smile always from Miah, Jane, another young gentleman and of course, the lovely Lynda. Thank you to an amazing dynamic team.

I regularly go to this branch to post parcels from my Etsy store. I always have found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had bad service unlike the branch near where I work! The staff here always greet you with a smile and kind word or 2. It is a pleasure to attend here and in future I will rather wait a day or 2 and go here where I know the service will always be impeccable and there will always be a smile!
