One of my local pubs. Popped in for a toasty and a drink a couple of weeks ago in their dining area. Service was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my toasty. I have also visited this pub regularly in the past to watch live sport as it has a number of TV screens. The building itself is also beautiful, not sure when exactly it was originally built but there are pictures on the wall of the pub surrounded by fields (almost impossible to imagine now!) so it's quite a historic pub too.

Popped in for a drink before heading to see Harry Potter.
The lady behind the bar was great, and even better they had my favourite cider on tap.

We stopped for lunch on Saturday and was welcomed by Deborah who was so friendly and helpful.
The food was wonderful.
We celebrated a friends birthday there and I asked if Deborah could bring the cake round after our food as a surprise and she did perfectly.
We will be back.
I can highly recommend this friendly business.
There is a lovely garden to enjoy which makes it perfect.

What a great find! We were in the area for the Harry Potter Studio Tour and staying at the nearby Hunton Park Hotel. We opted to try The Unicorn and it was one of the best meals we have had on our trip. The service was exceptional and the food was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would go back in a heartbeat. Everyone left full and satisfied ??

My friends and I stopped here for our first meal on our UK trip and had a great time! The service was wonderful and the bar staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was delighted that they had a GF lasagna as an option. It's the type of place that I could see myself being a regular at!

Our 1st day in the UK and we decided to go out for some beers and a bite to eat. We came upon The Unicorn, lovely place and super friendly people. When we decided to finally eat we found out the kitchen had closed up an hour before. The owner Deb asked if we liked pizza and literally called a place down the road and booked us a table for 2 and then drive us there.amd walked us inside to make sure they took care of us. After eating we walked back just to hang out and drink with the locals and thank Deb.
I highly recommend stopping in, having a pint and saying hi!
