“Reccommend from personal experience: Boots Pharmacy 24 High Street Kings Langley. Herts. This is an effective Pharmacy battling with medicine shortages (as reported in the media), problems with the NHS/Doctor App Interface and wafer thin staffing levels - It is immediately apparent when a member of staff is off sick or on leave. (Boots Corporate should make better arrangements for staff cover!) I have a broken Hip and Cancer and initially had my medicines collected but as my condition deteriorated and I became housebound, I have been relient on the excellent Pharmacy based delivery service (Paid for by the Patient.) I find the Pharmacy Staff always polite and helpful no matter busy or stressed they are. If there is a problem of any kind they do their best to resolve it. I always get a call back if I leave a message. I am worried that the levels of work that the Government intends to transfer from Surgeries to the Pharmacies will destroy the Pharmacies ability to deliver their core services.”
