Had a car key blade replaced. The guy went above and beyond to get it sorted for me and sorting it for me whilst I waited as I needed it for the next day. He was very knowledgeable and brilliant customer service.

After getting a key cut in the Morrisons store in town it didn?t work so popped into the shop to see if they could help. The guy behind the counter had a terrible attitude problem from the moment I walked in and insinuated that I was lying about having the key cut by the Machine as it was not their ?standard? key Blank, despite me providing the email receipt as proof! He reluctantly cut a new key for me but then proceeded to say he would need to charge me a further £9 for the privilege and that he couldn?t give me the key until I called customer services to get a code to provide him, which wasn?t explained before he cut the key. He was also unable to answer if I would ever receive a refund for the incorrect key. Having expressed my dissatisfaction in the process and the customer service, the gentleman behind the counter said ?he was getting sick of these issues? and to ?just take it? and I left. The customer service in here was appalling and I will certainly avoid using this store in the future.

Finally managed to get in the shop after 4 times over the last 2 weekends having a sign on the door saying back in 5 mins. Let me just say, it was never 5 mins. Must have been 5 people outside waiting last Saturday, if a company can afford to keep customers waiting then good opportunity for a rival to open up in the area. Tried to get a car key cut which I supplied and will need coding after , assistant refused blank to cut it for me ?. You are a key cutting service! Tried to charge me £149 for the privilege of supplying his own. Terrible no can do attitude. Always enjoyed the principles of Timpson but won?t be shopping at this one again.

Went in today to ask if I could have him fix my Land Rover key with a new case he said it wasn?t something they do even though they had the key I needed and then when I asked to buy the key he wanted £50 for a 3rd party key not even original Land Rover key they?re about £10 online, rubbish service didn?t even look at my key and then ? man on the hill ? prices won?t be going back in timpsons ever again and now will fix it myself.

poped in to this place for a c2025 batt was quoted 10 pounds for one or 15 pounds for two absolute disgraceful pricing of a batt thats commonly 3.50 each I'm still actually in disbelief of the cheek of the place having asked the chap why so expensive was told thats how much they are Well that isn't and a simple searched showed just how much id been ripped off
