Had a car key blade replaced. The guy went above and beyond to get it sorted for me and sorting it for me whilst I waited as I needed it for the next day. He was very knowledgeable and brilliant customer service.

After getting a key cut in the Morrisons store in town it didn’t work so popped into the shop to see if they could help. The guy behind the counter had a terrible attitude problem from the moment I walked in and insinuated that I was lying about having the key cut by the Machine as it was not their ‘standard’ key...
