I found the store very overwhelming as staff wouldn?t move boxes and trolleys therefore making it difficult to move around the store and browse products. The boxes remained on the floor as staff member saw me trying to pass by, making me having to step over multiple boxes. However, I received lovely customer service from the young girl Erin on till, she was very polite and helpful. She made sure we got what we wanted

nice and quick to get my stuff,i?m very much old school,that if someone stops to let me goes past,then i say thank you,its a shame that the staff don?t have the manners to do so when customers stop to let them past with products to put out etc etc,as i stopped to let a member of staff go past me as they had stuff to put out,did i get any kind of acknowledgement or thank you from them?..like hell i did

1 star because they have never answered the phone in the 4 months since I've moved local to this shop.These smaller stores don't have all the Tesco range so it would be nice to find out that they don't have what you want without a wasted walk or car journey. Especially in bad weatherIf you don't have a phone service, take down the number. it's very frustrating
