Went for my annual check up and I couldn't recommend Spec Savers in Hoddesdon enough. Great choice of frames, thorough eye test with the most friendly of staff. I actually have a laugh and a good time in the store. Have been going for a few years now and will always return to them. Thank you to all the lovely staff :-)

I had a problem with my eye and I went to Specsavers Hoddesdon. From entering, the staff were amazing. Every step was explained to me. I felt that the staff did everything they could to reassure me. They were all very polite and so helpful

More staff in there than anything else yet couldn?t manage to see my 5 year old on time after 15 mins I gave up. constantly lied 2 being told 2 mins so I left

I received a warm welcome and I had only a very short time to wait before my vision test. I also had an eye scan (as an extra) and I was told what the scan revealed and was shown the photo of the scan with an explanation. I was delighted, as usual, with my Specsavers, Hoddesdon annual check-up.

Great staff, super helpful.Was reminded efficiently about a follow up to check a potential problem in my eyes.Very thorough and reassuring check up.
